• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission and approval of valid government-issued identification documents.

To register and maintain a member account on JK8APK, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other identifier — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it promptly should any details change.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. JK8APK will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.

JK8APK reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. By using JK8APK, you agree to access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment and in accordance with these Terms.

JK8APK does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Deposits sourced from unverified or mismatched third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Processing Times: JK8APK publishes indicative withdrawal timeframes as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within approximately 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX transfers within approximately 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within approximately 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by payment processor availability, KYC status, and compliance review requirements. JK8APK does not guarantee these exact processing windows and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on JK8APK and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all account balances, without prejudice to any additional legal remedies JK8APK may pursue:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software tools to interact with the Platform's games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback or reversal of legitimate transactions with the intent to defraud JK8APK.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where JK8APK's services are not intended to be provided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing JK8APK staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the JK8APK Platform — including but not limited to the JK8APK brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game presentation, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of JK8APK or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, resale, sub-licensing, modification, or derivative use of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of JK8APK.

Unauthorised use of JK8APK's intellectual property — including but not limited to screenshotting game interfaces for commercial purposes, reproducing promotional materials, or impersonating the JK8APK brand — constitutes a breach of these Terms and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JK8APK, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform or any of its services.
• Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or failure of transmission of the Platform.

• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made on the Platform.

JK8APK makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness for purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform or any of its features. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

JK8APK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Conduct that JK8APK reasonably believes is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other members.
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion.

Upon termination of an account in good standing (i.e., not for breach), any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.

A Member may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the JK8APK support team via live chat. Any active wagering requirements on bonus balances will be voided upon voluntary closure, with real-money funds returned following verification.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to the JK8APK support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation.
